Do you suffer from back pain?

Join Yogi Bridgette Dillan for a workshop dedicated to helping you live without pain and suffering in the body and mind.

The focus of this workshop will be on relieving several types of back pain with focus on the Psoas and Quadratus Lumborum muscles. Through the practices of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation we will learn techniques to calm the nervous system and hydrate the layers of fascia within the physical body which allows us to feel safe, calm, and relaxed.

Students of yoga will be able to take these methods to their home practice in order to help maintain a healthy back free from pain. Yoga instructors will be able to utilize these techniques in their private and studio classes.

When the body feels safe, the healing process of back pain can begin.
