Foundations Yoga — with Twozdai Hulse
A gentle alignment based class, focusing on the fundamentals of a yoga practice and connecting with your body through yoga poses (asana), meditation and breath work. This is a great class for students brand new to yoga or looking for a gentler alignment class. Hands on adjustments are given in this class (if desired).

Level 1 — with Twozdai Hulse
An alignment based yoga class, with pranayama and Heartfull ™ meditation woven into the practice. Through yoga, we will build stability, strength & flexibility, deepening your mind body connection. Level 1 is open to beginners, those re-finding yoga and practiced students alike. Hands on adjustments are given in this class (if desired).

Mindful Meditation — with Carmen Rumbaut
This class will include a few minutes of guidance spent on finding the right posture for your body and basic meditation instruction. That is followed by 30-40 minutes of silent meditation and then a discussion time open to whatever comes up. 

Morning Yoga — with Twozdai Hulse
An alignment based yoga class, with pranayama and Heartfull ™ meditation woven into the practice to wake up the mind, body & soul. The practice will help to build stability, strength & flexibility.  Level 1 is open to beginners, those re-finding yoga and practiced students alike. Hands on adjustments are given in this class (if desired).

Prenatal Yoga — with Twozdai Hulse
An alignment based yoga class to support your pregnancy from conception to birth. Moving with poses, breath and meditation to connect you to your mind, body and baby, while preparing you for birth.  Mama's please eat a light snack an hour before class.
