Yoga for Gardeners

A yoga class designed to support the physical demands on a gardeners body. In this hour & a half yoga class, we will work combine poses that ease aches and pains with poses to build strength to keep you gardening all summer long!

This yoga class is suited to all levels of yoga practice.

Atrium provides all the props needed, however if you have a favorite mat, please bring it.

Twozdai (pronounced Tuesday) Hulse has been practicing yoga since 2004 and is a graduate of the Purna Yoga College™ at the 200hr level. She teaches an alignment based style yoga, which helps keep you safe while building strength, flexibility, and soothing the body & nervous system.
