Morning Yoga — Mon., Wed., Fri. & Sat. Mornings with Twozdai Hulse
Morning yoga is a gentle class that combines alignment-based asana (poses), pranayama (breathing) and heartfull™ meditation, with a focus on gently waking up the body, mind and soul. This class is great for all levels including beginners, pregnant women and those with hip replacement(s) or high blood pressure.

Refresh & Relax — Tuesday Mornings: 9:30-10:30am with Jessica McKeown
Refresh & Relax yoga begins with a meditation, followed by gentle Hatha-based movements designed to calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for a guided yoga nidra session. Yoga Nidra has been known to alleviate the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The styles offered in this class are iRest® Yoga Nidra and the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra.

Level 1 — Tues., Thurs. & Sat. Mornings 8-9am, Wed. Evening 5:30-6:30pm with Twozdai Hulse
A gentle alignment based class, focusing on the fundamentals of a yoga practice. This is a great class for beginners and practiced students alike. Hands on adjustments are given in this class (if desired).

Gentle Yoga —Tuesday & Thursday’s: Noon–1pm with Bridgette Dillan
Gentle Yoga moves in a slow, calm fashion. We take our time moving through the basic yoga asanas in order to practice correct alignment, restore the nervous system, heal from stress, and allow the breath to guide our movement from pose to pose. Props are used in Gentle Yoga to facilitate our bodies during the yoga asanas. Yoga adjustments are given during savasana.

Restorative Yoga — Wednesday Nights: 7-8pm with Jessica McKeown
Restorative yoga is a relaxing and healing practice that invites you to slow down and spend time with your precious self. Holding passive postures supported by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc.) enables the body to fully let go. You'll leave feeling refreshed, enjoying the class' benefits of stress relief, improved sleep, and mindfulness.

Slow Flow — Thursday Mornings: 9:30-10:30am with Jessica McKeown
Ease into the flow of life with Slow Flow yoga, a gentle yoga class that begins with pranayama (breathwork) to support your practice, followed by flowing Vinyasa sequences designed to help the body, mind, and spirit unfold at a comfortable pace. Class ends with a longer savasana (final rest) with hands-on assists (if desired) so you can fully integrate the benefits of your practice.

De-Stress w/ Yoga — Friday Nights: 5:30–6:30pm with Twozdai Hulse
Release the stress of the week (& hours at the computer or commuting) with this gentle practice combining alignment based poses targeted at reversing the effects of desk jobs and stress, with restorative poses and meditation to balance the nervous system.
